YOGA
Many people have the misconception that you have to be flexible and in good physical condition to practice yoga. This is just not true. Yoga is not just a form of exercise and stretching, it is a proven science, which, with postures, breathing and meditation, balances the mind, body and spirit, and brings together a state of harmony when practiced regularly.
Practicing yoga can be a form of preventative medicine for many ailments, as well as having great therapeutic value, especially those suffering from back, hip or shoulder pain, arthritis, carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines and many other ailments.
